About Me

This is what I do.

I am a passionate Tech Leader. I am a fanboy of Lean, Extreme Programming, Domain-Driven Design, and DevOps mindsets with more than a decade of experience in developing and more than 5 years of experiencing leading tech teams.

I have played various leading roles, such as Tech Lead, Product Manager, Engineering Manager and CTO. I have mentored engineering and product teams up to 45 coworkers in different markets (Advertising, Banking, Retail, Media, Travel, Expense Management), in various distributed locations, in different models (B2B, B2C) and multiple company sizes (Start-ups, Established Companies, and Multinational Companies).

For more than five years I have been involved in betabeers one of the biggest dev communities in Spain, organizing in a monthly basis a tech event with an average of 55 members. Sharing experiences and value.
